The Austin office of our client, an acclaimed AmLaw national law firm, is  seeking a Corporate Associate with three to five years of experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have a general corporate background, with significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, divestitures, and corporate governance. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the firm's Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education strategic business unit. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is desirable, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated and personable with keen attention to detail.
