The associate may sit in Chicago, Charlotte, or New York. There are 900 attorneys nationwide of which 30% practice within the healthcare group, making the healthcare practice one of the firm's most important and profitable practices. For anyone who wishes to specialize in healthcare transactions, there is no better place to practice.
We are interested in speaking with corporate associates who focus on private equity healthcare transactions. The ideal candidate should have experience practicing at a large law firm representing hospital systems, medical centers, and private equity companies in mergers, acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, and other transactions. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction they wish to sit.
A good faith estimate of this position's base salary range is $295,000 to $370,000.
