The Atlanta office of our client, an acclaimed AmLaw 100 international law firm, is seeking a junior associate (class of '23 JD) to join their Corporate group in the Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have experience with emerging growth companies, venture capital financings and growth and private equity, including experience with a mix of M&A buy and sell side transactions. Depending on existing experience, your practice will involve a mix of representing companies and venture funds in venture financing rounds and M&A as well as investor-side financing in growth equity rounds. You will have significant client contact on a daily basis, and must be comfortable interacting with CEOs, Boards of Directors and general partners of funds. The ideal candidate will possess an eagerness to work with emerging growth companies and funds and have demonstrated experience in venture capital financings, growth and/or private equity, M&A transactions. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated and personable with keen attention to detail.
