Corporate Capital Markets Associate
An associate opportunity is available at an AmLaw top 100 Ranked Firm with their Capital Markets practice group. The position requires 1–3 years of experience in corporate and securities law, with specific expertise in capital markets transactions. The role offers early client engagement and the opportunity to work on complex and cutting-edge projects within a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities include handling Securities Act and Exchange Act matters, public and private offerings (such as IPOs and follow-on offerings), SEC reporting, corporate governance, and exchange listing issues.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage client relationships confidently, and the capacity to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines. New York State Bar admission is required. Compensation ranges from $225,000 to $310,000 annually
