This is an exciting opportunity to train and work with a dynamic and nationally recognized practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience working with private equity funds, independent sponsors, and portfolio companies in connection with M&A transactions, capital raises, and debt and securities offerings. Candidates should also have experience drafting operating and partnership agreements, and attending to the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies. Further desired experience includes negotiating important transaction documents and the ability to draft M&A transaction documents.
