The Houston office of our client, an acclaimed AmLaw 100 international law firm,  is seeking an upstream associate (classes 2019 to 2023) to join their acclaimed Oil and Gas M&A team. Associates will be expected to advise corporate strategic and private equity clients in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures in the upstream and midstream sectors, oil and gas-related commercial contracts, carbon capture and sequestration projects, other similar transactions and general matters relating to oil and gas law.
