The Dallas office of our client, an acclaimed AmLaw 100 international law firm, is seeking an attorney with at least 3 to 5 years (class of 2019 – class of 2021) of experience to join their Capital Markets team in a full-time, partnership-track associate position. Candidates should have experience in sophisticated corporate transactions and public company representation, with a focus on capital markets, in particular ’33 Act issuer side transactions and ’34 Act reporting, exchange listings and corporate governance. Prior experience with cross border transactions or foreign private issuer representation is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and exceptional analytical and writing skills. This position can sit in their New York, Dallas or Houston offices. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated and personable with keen attention to detail.
