Candidates should have experience representing private equity sponsors or private or public companies in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transactional documents, coordinating with internal and external specialists, and leading signing and closing processes. Candidates should also have experience managing deal execution and supervising and training more junior associates. Their M&A team has a long track record of leading sophisticated mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations, on behalf of public and private companies; private equity, hedge and sovereign wealth funds and their portfolio companies. The ideal candidate is confident, hardworking and personable with keen attention to detail. Winning candidates should have large law firm or prestgious boutique experience, a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school, and an equally impressive undergraduate degree.
