The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including joint ventures, fund formations, secured financings and/or acquisitions/dispositions. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiating skills. Candidates should also have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm (or, boutique) experience and excellent references.
