The Dallas office of our client, a respected national law firm based in Texas, is seeking a 3rd - 4th year real estate associate. This position will primarily work on matters associated with complex real estate transactions including joint venture formations, financings, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets located throughout the United States. The position is a growth position with opportunities for advancement within the firm, and is within a collaborative and interactive practice in the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Real Estate Transactions; the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of commercial real estate; Experience in joint venture transactions is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated and personable with keen attention to detail.
