The firm did not do any lay-offs during the downturn as they value their associates and do not over hire. Our client is looking for an associate with 4+ years of debt financing experience and is well-versed in senior secured lending, mezzanine financing, acquisition financing, asset based financing, venture debt financing and intercreditor agreements. Must have a JD from a top law school and be admitted to the NY Bar, as well as comparable big law experience. Compensation is between $310,000-$365,0000.
