Employment Litigation Associate
Kinney Recruiting is working with a national labor and employment law firm to find an experienced associate with 3-5 years for their NYC Office. The expected salary range for this position is between 202,000-$269,000.
The associate will work with a team litigating lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination; representing employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, and employment tort cases; and advising employers regarding compliance with fair employment laws and related risk management, including dispute resolution programs.
