Employment – Mid-Level/Senior Associate
The employment practice of an AmLaw top 100 ranked Firm is seeking a mid-level or senior associate (Class of 2022 or earlier) to contribute to its dynamic team in Philadelphia. Candidates should have substantial experience drafting employment-related documents and agreements, including employment contracts, separation agreements, restrictive covenants, policies, and position statements. The role involves counseling clients on diverse employment matters and providing support for corporate transactions. While experience with employment-related investigations and litigation is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Applicants must have strong academic credentials, relevant law firm experience, and excellent communication skills, with bar admission or the ability to obtain admission promptly.
