Employment – Mid-Level/Senior Associate
Our client is a top international law firm who is seeking a highly qualified mid-level or senior associate (Class of 2022 or earlier) to join their Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will have significant experience drafting employment-related documents and agreements, including employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, policies, and position statements, as well as counseling clients on a wide range of employment-related issues and providing employment-related support for corporate transactions. Experience with employment-related investigations and employment litigation is a plus but not essential.The ideal candidate is confident, hardworking and personable with keen attention to detail. Winning candidates should have large law firm or prestgious boutique experience, a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school, and an equally impressive undergraduate degree.
