Candidates should have 2-6 years (classes 2019 – 2023) of litigation experience, including discovery, pleadings, motions, hearings, and research. Knowledge of or experience with electric utilities, electric industry, Public Utility Commission of Texas, Railroad Commission of Texas, or eminent domain law is a plus. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated and personable with keen attention to detail.
