An AmLaw 50 law firm in New York is seeking a partner with experience managing banking and finance projects to join the firm's excellent banking practice. While the partner would primarily service the firm's exististing clients, business development efforts are encouraged and supported. The successful candidate for this position should have no fewer than eight (8) years of law firm practice experience within a comparable banking and finance practice, representing private equity sponsors and lenders in debt finance transactions, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations, and refinancings. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable leading complex finance deals.
A JD from a highly-ranked law school and admission to the New York bar are required. In compliance with the New York Pay Transparency Act, a good faith estimate of the compensation range is $500,000 - $600,000 USD per annum.
