The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing abilities, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Responsibilities include case management, motion practice, discovery, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. A Colorado Bar admission is required. While prior insurance defense experience is preferred, the firm is open to candidates with litigation experience in other areas.
