The position requires 7–12 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Colorado Bar is mandatory. The practice focuses on representing defendants in cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and complex litigation.
