We are working with a nationally recognized healthcare transactions and regulatory practice to find an associate with at least 3 years of practice experience for its NYC office. Must have regulatory and transactional experience advising health care providers, health care insurers, device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturers, or health information technology companies. Compensation is between $200k-225k with billable hours requirement of 1850. Must be licensed to practice law in NY.
