The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on IPR experience arguing at the patent office and be interested in assuming immediate responsibility in an active trial practice.  This could be either an associate or an of counsel role for the right person. This is an opportunity to join one of the finest litigation boutique firms in the country! Candidates should hold a JD from a Top 15 law school (strict requirement) and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and/or federal clerkship experience.
