The managing partner of a high-end litigation boutique in New York has asked Kinney Recruiting to conduct a search for a mid-level (3rd or 4th year) litigation associate. This firm was formed by former biglaw attorneys and AUSAs more than a decade ago. The attorneys enjoy stellar reputations within the New York bar and are known for their trial work. A federal district clerkship, circuit clerkship, or state supreme court clerkship is required, as is at least one year of experience practicing at a large law firm.  This firm rarely makes hires as it typically has low attrition among the associates, and the firm is hiring now due to an increase in workload.
