The Dallas office of our client, a top AmLaw firm, is seeking an associate to join their Real Estate Finance Practice Group. They would like to make two hires, as they are that busy - one on the more junior end and one more senior. The ideal candidates will have 2-8 years of experience in a variety of real estate transactions with a focus on real estate finance. Knowledge of real estate construction lending, representation of lending institutions, and servicing of all types of commercial properties is ideal. State Bar or Texas license is required for an applicant to be considered. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references.
