The Dallas office of one of our best clients, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, is seeking several mid-level to senior Capital Markets associates, with a minimum of 2 years of experience with a sophisticated large or mid-sized law firm. The candidate should have a broad range of transactional experience across both public and private equity and debt securities offerings and representing issuer, investor and underwriter clients. In addition, experience with Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance compliance are required. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and should be comfortable assuming a lead role in managing the execution of transactions. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references.
