Junior to Senior Investment Funds Associate Attorney
The Washington DC office of our client, a premiere AmLaw firm, is seeking an investment funds associate with 2-6 years’ experience working on secondary funds transactions. This role will be working in their growing and dynamic liquidity solutions practice. They are hiring to meet the increased demand from existing clients and to take advantage of additional growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience on both the buy-side and the sell-side, including on fund book sales as well as GP-led secondary transactions and anchor LP investments therein, as well as experience with closed-end fund formations. General corporate experience is helpful though not required. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence are also required.
