A national law firms Houston Office is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience in labor and employment defense, including employment litigation (wage and hour) and employment counseling. Candidates must have strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, along with experience in both federal and state courts. A California license and labor experience are a plus.
