The role involves handling a variety of employment matters, including multijurisdictional class and collective cases as well as high-stakes, complex disputes. Candidates should have 2-6 years of employment litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, including experience with Law Review. Experience with a major law firm in employment litigation is preferred, and a federal judicial clerkship is a plus. The candidate must be admitted and in good standing with the California, IL, or NY Bar. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of working in a global team environment with diverse members.
