The ideal candidate should have two (2) to six (6) years of equity capital markets experience, including public and private offerings, Exchange Act reporting, public company disclosure obligations, and advising on day-to-day governance matters. Experience representing issuers and underwriters in IPOs and follow-on offerings is helpful.
