Kinney Recruiting has been asked by one of our longstanding biglaw firm clients to conduct a search for a mid-level to senior-level finance associate for the firm's New York and Charlotte offices. The ideal candidate will have at least four (4) years of experience practicing in a large firm's corporate practice. We are interested in speaking with candidates with experience with fundraises, investor negotiation, private fund formation, and familiarity with federal securities laws such as the Investment Advisors Act, Reg D, and exemptions to the Investment Company Act.
This practice group works closely with private equity clients, assisting global asset managers and sponsors in the structuring and formation of complex credit private funds.
