Kinney Recruiting has been asked by a longstanding client to conduct a search for a mid-level Intellectual Property Associate with three (3) or more years of experience. The candidate may sit in New York, Boston, Washington DC, or San Diego, provided that the candidate is also licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction.
While this practice provides a range of IP services, we are specifically looking for candidates with patent litigation experience before the federal district courts or the International Trade Commission. Candidates should also have education or non-legal experience in either technology (electrical engineering), or life science (biology, biochemistry), or both (biotechnology). Compensation range for this position is $260,000 to $310,000 depending on experience and class year.
