The Dallas office of our client, an acclaimed AmLaw 100 international law firm, is  seeking a mid-level associate to join its Investment Funds group. This position can sit in Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Washington, D.C., or California offices. You should have 5+ years of relevant experience with investments in, or the formation of, domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds. Experience with secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts and structuring carry vehicles preferred. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated and personable with keen attention to detail.
