The Dallas office of our client, a Top 50 AmLaw international firm, is seeking a labor & employment associate with 3 to 6 years of sophisticated L&E experience. State and federal court experience is required, and you must be a member of the State Bar of Texas. Much of the group's work is in California, so if you are a member of the California bar as well, that is ideal! Out-of-state candidates, particularly in California, are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a super easy-going group, with nice people and a fantastic culture. They have a lot of work, including employment counseling. You will get to work with lawyers in other offices on a routine basis. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references.
