One of Kinney Recruiting's clients, a prestigious large law firm, is seeking a litigation associate for the firm's Charlotte, NC, office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level litigation associate who is interested in relocating home to Charlotte from a major legal market. We are seeking a litigator with two (2) or more experience in general commercial, corporate governance-related litigation, or SEC / DOJ-related investigations. Candidates with a federal clerkship are strongly encouraged to apply, though a clerkship is not required for this role. Historically, candidates who have succeeded at this firm tend to be graduates of nationally-ranked US law schools with high academic achievement. Admission to the North Carolina bar is required.
