Kinney Recruiting is working closely with a longstanding large law firm client on a search for a tax associate attorney with three (3) to seven (7) years of experience advising on transactional tax matters. The candidate may sit in New York, Washington DC, or Houston. Specifically, we are looking for candidates with experience in renewable energy transactions, renewable energy tax credits, project finance, and tax equity transactions. A strong background in partnership tax is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to do rewarding and impactful work that benefits the transition to an economy fueled by clean energy. The firm pioneered clean energy deals years before the current trend.
A JD from a nationally-ranked law school and admission to the New York, District of Columbia, or Texas bar is essential. In compliance with the NYC Pay Transparency Act, the base salary range for this position is $295,000 - $400,000 per year.
