Kinney Recruiting is working with a highly regarded Am law firm in NYC to find Mid-level associates (class of 2021–2018) with a solid background in law firm or in-house private foundation experience to join its prestigious Exempt Organizations practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within the group while leading impactful charitable initiatives and handling trusts and estates matters with significant charitable components. The team primarily works with private foundations and highly charitable clients, structuring substantial gifts and bequests to charity, negotiating with recipients, and creating tailored solutions to support philanthropic goals. This position combines legal expertise with meaningful charitable engagement in a collaborative environment. Base compensation is market.
