One of Kinney Recruiting's longstanding clients, a large law firm in New York, is seeking a Tax Associate with transactional tax experience. The tax team represents public and private companies and investment funds on a broad range of tax matters including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions. On the funds side, the team advises the tax team has a broad transactional tax practice with a focus on M&A, The tax team also advises on tax structuring and tax credits. A good faith estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $310,000 - $365,000.
