The role involves working on a broad range of debt finance transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based loans, term loan facilities, senior and mezzanine loans, dividend recapitalizations, and refinancing. Candidates should have experience representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, or lenders, and prior involvement in middle-market private equity transactions or alternative credit providers is advantageous. Applicants must have strong deal management skills, including drafting and negotiating credit documentation and handling closings. A Juris Doctor, admission to the New York Bar, and a deal sheet are required.
