Kinney Recruiting is working directly with an Am law firm client to find an associate with 4+ years of securities and capital markets experience to join their office in NY or Boston. Our client has a hybrid model with 60% in-office requirement. This position is ideal for an attorney who wants to be part of a more collaborative team with growth opportunities. Must have experience representing issuers and underwriters in capital markets ('33 Act) transactions and public companies in connection with '34 Act filings. The base compensation is between $310k-$365k. Comparable law firm experience required.
