One of Kinney Recruiting's most trusted plaintiff's personal injury law firm clients is looking for an experienced plaintiff's personal injury attorney to join its growing practice in Forest Hills. The firm is run by one of the most honest and friendliest personal injury attorneys in the industry. Our client has expanded office space and is looking to add attorneys to its practice.
Our client is looking for someone with at least 5 years of plaintiffs personal injury practice experience. No trial experience necessary. However, you must have the following experience: depositions, pleadings, court appearances, motion practice, and a real desire to be the best advocate for your clients. No insurance defense attorneys, please. Must be licensed to practice law in NY. Base compensation is $165k-$200k with benefits and 3.5% commission on any cases you work on no matter whether the case ends up before the jury. Indoor parking is provided. This is an in-office environment, with exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
