Kinney Recruiting is working with a global law firm client to find a highly motivated and experienced associate attorney to join their M&A Insurance team in New York. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school, high academic achievement, and experience in insurance M&A, reinsurance, regulatory matters, and life and annuity agreements. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong interest in the subject area, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a team-player attitude, along with admission to the New York bar or the ability to waive in. Prior experience in a peer law firm is preferred, particularly for class years 2020-2022. The salary range for this role is $235,000 to $365,000.
