We have an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level/Senior Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate or Counsel to join a prestigious law firm. This role offers the chance to work with top-tier commercial and investment banks, debt funds, and a variety of other regulated and non-regulated lenders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Representing a diverse range of clients, including commercial and investment banks, debt funds, and other lenders, in complex real estate finance transactions.
• Managing securitization, syndication, and participation of commercial mortgage, construction, and mezzanine loans.
• Providing legal counsel in the financing of large-scale commercial real estate projects.
• Collaborating with developers, owner/operators, and borrowers to structure and close sophisticated financing deals (experience in this area is a plus).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, specifically in the areas of securitization, syndication, and/or participation.
• Strong background working with lenders, including regulated and non-regulated entities.
• Expertise in commercial mortgage, construction, and/or mezzanine loans.
• Prior experience working with commercial real estate developers, owner/operators, or borrowers is an advantage.

Compensation:

• Competitive annual base salary range of $310,000 to $460,000, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
