An AmLaw 100 Ranked Law Firm is seeking a qualified attorney for its Real Estate Finance Practice Group across its Denver, Chicago, Kansas City, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia offices. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in real estate finance law, with a strong background in loan origination for structured commercial transactions, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity, as well as asset management and workout experience. Candidates should have the ability to manage transactions from inception through closing, including secondary market repurchase facilities and other exit strategies.
