The New York office of a prestigious global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned attorney with 6-8 years of experience to join a team consistently recognized as a National Tier 1 practice in Trusts and Estates Law.
In this role, you will tackle a diverse range of legal matters, from estate planning and tax issues to real estate, disputes, and succession planning. You will be responsible for drafting Wills, Trusts, and related documents, advising Executors and Trustees on complex estate and trust administration, and preparing and filing estate and gift tax returns. Additionally, you will advise individuals and families on private client tax matters and trust structures, while also providing litigation support on sensitive legal issues. The ability to interact directly with clients and their advisors on sophisticated national and international matters is key.
