Kinney Recruiting is assisting a prominent AmLaw 50 firm in Washington, DC, on a search for senior associates with experience handling white-collar investigations and securities litigation. Candidates should have at least five (5) years of experience practicing at a peer firm. A federal clerkship and/or experience working for a regulatory (e.g. SEC) or enforcement (e.g. DOJ) agency are strongly preferred, as many members of this firm's white-collar practice have federal clerkships and have held high-level positions within the SEC or DOJ. Attorneys in this practice group routinely land high-level government or in-house positions due to this practice group's excellent reputation. As such, the partners are very selective and require candidates to have a high-level of academic achievement in law school. While the Washington DC office is preferred, a strong candidate may sit in New York or San Francisco. Admission to the bar of the candidate's preferred location is required.
In compliance with NY Pay Transparency Act, a good faith estimate of the position's compensation range is $310,000 - $435,000.
