Our client is a top international law firm who is seeking associates with 2+ years of substantial experience in securitization and structured finance, or associates with transactional experience and a strong desire to work in the Collateralized Loan Obligations space, to join their expanding and high-performing Global Finance group. This premier structured credit practice is at the forefront of the industry, serving a diverse global client base that includes many of the largest asset managers and equity investors, as well as some of the most prolific CLO underwriters (major investment and commercial banks). In addition, this practice is consistently top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. Ideally, your experience will consist of private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities or subscription line credit facilities. However, associates with 2+ years of transactional experience and interest in pivoting to work in the CLO space are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is confident, hardworking and personable with keen attention to detail.
