Our client is a mid-tier national firm where some of the tax partners are long time contacts of ours (and, in one case, a former colleague. The firm’s Houston office has a significant amount of transactions in progress and, most likely, the successful candidate in this role will be the primary point of contact for the transactional partners for structuring advice. A tax LLM, relevant experience and (especially) strong communication skill such that you can interact effectively with clients as well as attorneys is necessary.
