In addition to top comp and truly awesome colleagues, you’ll have a well-rounded practice that includes:· Counseling. Guiding employers through hiring considerations, preparation of employment policies, disciplinary advice, pay equity (including pay equity audits), pay transparency, restrictive covenants, and reductions in force, layoffs and other group employee termination actions. · Transactions. Conducting employment-related diligence, drafting deal-related employment documents, and reviewing disclosure schedules. · Litigation. Handling restrictive covenants disputes, employment contract disputes, discrimination and harassment-related matters on behalf of employers.
