The ideal candidate will have managed complex matters throughout their lifecycle in federal court, including motions practice, written discovery, eDiscovery, and depositions. Additional helpful skills include oral argument experience on discovery motions and experience working with expert witnesses.The ideal candidate is confident, motivated and personable with keen attention to detail.
