Polsinelli Strengthens Private Equity Practice with New Shareholder David Reintjes

Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes David C. Reintjes as a shareholder in the firm’s Private Equity Practice Group. Reintjes is an experienced private equity attorney with more than 25 years of experience in advising clients across the entire private fund life cycle. During his career, he has spent time in private practice and in-house counsel, including more than 15 years at TPG, a global private equity firm, where he served as its Global Chief Compliance Officer as well as General Counsel for the Asia Pacific region. Reintjes arrives at the firm from Scale LLP in Kansas City.

Reintjes advises private equity and venture capital firms and family offices on the full spectrum of issues relating to private fund investments, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and operation, portfolio management, regulatory and compliance, and international investments and operations. Prior to his 15 years in-house, he worked in private practice as a corporate securities attorney advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. He received his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law. He will be based in Polsinelli’s Kansas City office but will also spend time in the Dallas office.
