Denise Delcore joins Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli as a shareholder, expanding the firm’s national Labor Relations Practice. Delcore, located in Polsinelli’s Kansas City, Mo. office, is nationally-recognized as a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Ms. Delcore joins from Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP.
Delcore focuses on the management side of labor relations, working with business leaders to prevent and reduce risk through human resources counsel. She has experience with proceedings before state and federal agencies, and under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and Railway Labor Act, Delcore routinely defends employers against unions in representation elections, unfair labor practice charges and grievances.

Delcore also has experience in jury trial settings representing management-side clients on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, non-compete and other employment-related lawsuits. She leverages this experience by offering clients workplace best practices training on anti-harassment, anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation. Delcore also conducts human resource audits, develops comprehensive compliance programs on wage and hour and handles employee leave and accommodation issues under FMLA and ADA.

Delcore obtained her bachelor’s degree from The University of Kansas in psychology and political science before earning her J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law.
