Two New Members Join Roberts & Dixon in Kansas City and Expand Litigation Practice Area; New Office Set to Open in Overland Park, Kansas

Attorneys Kelly Ricke and Steven Mustoe join Roberts & Dixon LLC as members in Kansas City. Ricke brings an 18-year career in litigation to the firm. Mustoe has represented businesses in both transactional and litigation matters for over 30 years. Tim Tierney, managing member of the firm, made the announcement.

“The addition of Kelly and Steve is very exciting,” said Tierney. “Their experience in litigation and business law further strengthens our full-service offerings. This also means we have now doubled our size in the Kansas City area this past year.”

Ricke joins the firm from Fisher, Patterson, Sayler & Smith. Mustoe joins the firm from a solo practice.

“Joining Roberts & Dixon affords me the opportunity to reunite with long-term friends and colleagues, whom I consider to be amongst the top attorneys in the profession,” said Ricke. “I look forward to leveraging their experience for the benefit of my clients.”

“To meet today’s legal needs for people in business, it requires solid organizational support. I am now able to better serve my clients with the backing of Roberts & Dixon’s solid structure,” said Mustoe.

Ricke and Mustoe will be located in Roberts & Dixon’s new office in the Corporate Woods building in Overland Park. Existing member attorneys, Brian Niceswanger and Stephanie Preutt, moving from the downtown Kansas City location, will join them. The Overland Park office is set to open in May of 2016.
